follow-up immediately after a showing will help a buyer stay
focused on buying your home.
In our experience, we find that less than 5% of Agents in
Utah County call us after we show their homes. The vast
majority of Realtors are missing out on additional sales by
not doing follow-up. They tell us it is too time consuming
and bothersome. We know proper follow-up works! It helps us
sell our homes faster than our competition and for more
money.
