My house hunting experience was a long one before finding Team Teasdale. Not only were they extremely professional but 100% confident in what they do. We had walked through a lot of houses and had offers on several short sales, before Team Teasdale.

I thought the short sales we were looking at and making offers on were all going to work out. Truth is they weren’t going to work out and we always hit a dead end. This was very discouraging. From the first phone call with Paul Teasdale I knew he was going to take my house hunting experience in the right direction. It was a short three weeks later and we had closed on a dream house!

I am still shocked at the difference in realtors. They knew exactly what houses to go after and they did everything in their power to get our house. (It did come down to quite the battle!) And they fought for us! We truly kept spinning our wheels with offers that were never going to work out.

Dave Maltby was a huge help with walk-thrus. He was available to meet my extremely busy schedule and take me to exactly the houses we were interested in. (I am very, very picky) I can’t thank Team Teasdale enough for our amazing experience. I know if I hadn’t found Team Teasdale, we would still be house hunting today. I joked when I met them that I wanted to be in a house before Thanksgiving, and that joke became my reality. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Home Amanda Bought in Saratoga Springs, Utah

Amanda had been trying to buy short sale homes for around a year. She had been putting offers on homes with other Realtors. None of her offers worked out. By the time I meet her she was very frustrated with the system of buying a home and felt the Realtors didn't know what they were doing.  I explained to her that getting an good deal on a home takes skill, patience and knowledge. We explained the difference between an approved and unapproved short sale. We explained the different types of bank foreclosures and how to buy them when they are first listed and available.

Within a week she was starting to see the best deals on the market before anyone else. She was happy to be the first one to see the new listings when they came for sale that morning. We found her a home (below) that was just listed the morning of 10/18/2011. She quickly drove by and indicated she would like to see this home. We quickly saw it and made an offer that afternoon. The other agent took his time answering the offer, while two other offers came in on the home. After some asseritve negotiating we won the bid and took first position to purchase the home.  The home appraised for $250k and was everything our buyer wanted.
