There were 220 households out of which 55.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 90.9% were married couples living together, 2.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 5.9% were non-families. 3.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 0.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 4.28 and the average family size was 4.44.

The median age was 22 years. For every 100 females there were 101.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.4 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $80,854, and the median income for a family was $82,358. Males had a median income of $66,042 versus $32,361 for females. Woodland Hills has one of the highest median incomes in the state of Utah.  The per capita income for the town was $25,184. About 2.6% of families and 3.0% of the population were below the poverty line, including 2.2% of those under age 18 and 5.7% of those age 65 or over.
