Get Independent Advice When Getting a Loan
If you have the funds available, then you might want to
hire a third party to give you independent advice. They can look through
any contracts supplied by the mortgage broker, and let you know of any
issues that might not be in your best interests. It is a good idea to
discuss your loan and costs with your Realtor.
Shop around for Utah County Mortgage Brokers
There are many mortgage brokers in Utah County, which means
you always have the option of shopping around and going with a different
broker if you don’t feel comfortable. If the mortgage broker is trying
to pressure you into doing things you don’t want to do get a new
mortgage broker. Ask your Realtor to help you work things out with your
mortgage broker or find a new one if you are having trouble.
