What is Title Insurance?
A title insurance policy is a
mandatory insurance policy taken out when you
are taking out a mortgage in Utah County. The
philosophy behind it is that there are issues
that can arise relating to the title ownership
of the land or home. Problems with the past
deeds, i.e. missing signatures or invalid
information or more extreme issues like the
detection of fraud relating to the title
